"Before Kam there was Rudy Shields, an outstanding man with superior customer service skills. In 1980, my dad dragged me in into Rudy's office in Burke and told me, "This is your insurance agent". And he was for well over 30 tears (Home and Auto). Never had a problem. Since then. several. The latest is that I was informed that they were cancelling my car insurance because my son who lives with us has a suspended license. I told them that 3 years ago. Apparently, they have no record. For several years I've explained the situation but was blown off. I was told in a letter that my auto insurance was going to be cancelled after 44 years. As of today, I'm paying less than half, for better coverage than I was Getting from State Farm. Yeah Kam, I had some kids (who are all adults now and paying their own way), But State Farm made a hefty profit on my premiums, deductibles, and the parts that you sold off MY cars. Feel free to cancel my policy. As of today, I'm paying less than half in premiums (for the same coverage and even better) than I was paying you."

Even if I have to leave a message, my call is typically returned fast. It’s nice to be able to reach a real person vs. an automated service or being forced to use a website to make policy changes."
